Not for this zone. Newly discovered .pm domains are merged into the active list daily, but there is no separate new-domains file for .pm. Daily new-domains lists exist for the zones marked as updated daily in the datasets catalog.
What format and size is the file?
Every .pm domain list and dataset is a CSV file compressed with gzip (.csv.gz):
the basic list has one domain name per line, the detailed dataset has one row per domain with the columns described in the
dataset format details.
Compressed, the current .pm basic list is about 132 KB and the detailed dataset about 189 KB.

No. We collect contact details from public websites when available. Many domains have no published email or phone, and we do not guarantee these fields on every row. Do not use the data for unsolicited bulk outreach.

Since 2011 .pm follows the same rules as .fr: any individual or company located in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland may register a name through an Afnic-accredited registrar. Because of its tiny home territory, many .pm names are registered for their letters ("PM", private message, project manager) rather than for a local connection.
