Welcome to NetAPI.com ("Service"), a domain-data platform operated by CodeRockers LTD ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Cyprus (European Union). The Service provides access to domain lists, enriched datasets, lookup tools, research data, and related APIs.
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and CodeRockers LTD. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the API, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
No user-generated content. Users cannot upload, publish, or host content on the Service. Accounts are used to sign in, manage billing, and access downloads and API features.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into this Agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
You may create an account using email verification or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API token, and for all activity under your account.
You must keep your contact email accurate and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or API token. We may suspend or terminate access (including API tokens) if we reasonably believe the account is compromised, used in breach of this Agreement, or otherwise abusive.
Paid access to downloads and certain API methods is provided through monthly subscription plans (for example, Basic, Plus, and Pro). Plan features and prices are described on the Service (including the Plans page and your dashboard) and may differ by currency.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required.
You may cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal / billing management links provided in your dashboard, or by contacting us. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the then-current paid period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not guarantee refunds for partial months, unused downloads, or change of mind.
If you access the API through a third-party marketplace (for example, RapidAPI), your subscription, billing, and refunds are governed by that marketplace's terms; this Agreement still applies to your use of the Data.
We may change plan prices or features with notice by updating the Service and/or emailing the account address. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or features for subsequent billing periods.
Subject to this Agreement and an active plan where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business purposes.
If your plan includes downloads or API access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the domain lists, datasets, lookup results, and related files provided through the Service ("Data") for your internal business purposes, including analysis, enrichment, research, security, and operational workflows, subject to plan limits and this Agreement.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws in your use of the Data (including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws). The Data may include information collected from publicly available internet sources and is provided without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
Some Data fields (for example, email addresses and phone numbers published on websites) may constitute personal data under the GDPR or similar laws. To the extent you process such data, you do so as an independent controller: you are solely responsible for establishing your own lawful basis, honouring opt-outs, and complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws (including the GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, and equivalents). We do not permit use of the Data for unsolicited bulk messaging.
Some materials (for example, certain free lists or sample files) may be offered without a paid plan. Those materials remain subject to this Agreement and any additional notices on the relevant pages.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
(a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Service software, website code, branding, or documentation, except for licensed use of Data under Section 4;
(b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service or any part thereof, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
(c) use the Service to harm, stalk, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
(d) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
(e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
(f) circumvent plan limits, authentication, or access controls; probe or attack the Service; or scrape the website in a way that overloads or bypasses intended API/download interfaces;
(g) use automated access except through the official API, documented download methods, and other interfaces we provide, within your plan limits and rate limits;
(h) share your account or API token with unauthorized third parties; or
(i) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
The website materials and Data may include technical or other errors and may be incomplete or out of date. Domain inventories, enrichment fields, and research statistics change over time. We do not warrant that any materials or Data are accurate, complete, or current, and we may update or correct them without notice.
Compromised IP/domain lists, abuse statistics, and research reports are aggregated from third-party threat-intelligence sources and our own crawl data. Inclusion of a domain, IP address, TLD, or registrar in such materials does not imply wrongdoing by its owner or operator. These materials are informational only; you are responsible for any blocking, filtering, or other decisions you make based on them.
We may modify the Service, features, and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and software are and will remain the exclusive property of CodeRockers LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Cyprus, the European Union, and other applicable jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Subject to Section 4, we retain all rights in the Data compilations and delivery systems. Your license to use purchased/accessed Data does not transfer ownership of the Service or our databases.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Service are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in/reCAPTCHA/analytics/ads, email and chat providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach this Agreement, misuse the API or Data, fail to pay fees, or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your license to access the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeRockers LTD and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or Data in breach of this Agreement or applicable law, including any use of the Data for unsolicited messaging or other unlawful processing of personal data.
THE SERVICE AND DATA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR DATA, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
