What format and size is the file?
Every .art domain list and dataset is a CSV file compressed with gzip (.csv.gz):
the basic list has one domain name per line, the detailed dataset has one row per domain with the columns described in the
dataset format details.
Compressed, the current .art basic list is about 2.2 MB and the detailed dataset about 6.8 MB.
