Can I download only newly registered .al domains?
Not for this zone. Newly discovered .al domains are merged into the active list daily, but there is no separate new-domains file for .al. Daily new-domains lists exist for the zones marked as updated daily in the datasets catalog.
What format and size is the file?
Every .al domain list and dataset is a CSV file compressed with gzip (.csv.gz):
the basic list has one domain name per line, the detailed dataset has one row per domain with the columns described in the
dataset format details.

No. We collect contact details from public websites when available. Many domains have no published email or phone, and we do not guarantee these fields on every row. Do not use the data for unsolicited bulk outreach.
Additional .AL Zone / Registry Information
According to AKEP, the .al domain registration must be performed on the registrar with domain names between 2 and 63 characters. It became popular outside Albania in 2012 as a domain hack, but in November 2014 it released a two-character domain registry. AKEP mandated all accredited registrars for verification on November 1, 2019. Regardless of being an open registry, as of 2022, only 27,275 .al domains have been registered so far.
